We collect the information you submit through our business enquiry form and our careers application form. This may include your name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, location and the details you provide about your enquiry or application. Enquiry information is used to respond to you and to discuss a possible working relationship. Application information is used to assess your suitability for a role and to contact you about the recruitment process.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are legitimate interests, running and growing our business and recruiting for it, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where we use non essential cookies we rely on your consent.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and our email systems, with clients where you have asked us to make an introduction, and where we are required to by law. Business enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact. Recruitment applications are kept for up to 12 months from the outcome of the application unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Information we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons is retained for the period the law requires.

Under UK GDPR you can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict our processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time.
